The primary purpose of the vendors list is the provide a quick, convenient and informative reference document for department heads with discretionary purchasing power. Currently, any purchases below $1000 can be purchased without quotation or tender. It is the Chamber's intent to have our members be the product and service providers for as many of these purchases as possible, and this vendors list will help facilitate the achievement of this objective. This list will also be available for reference to municipal decision makers on larger projects that require quotations, tender, or sub-contracting. The list will be updated on a quarterly basis and the updated copy then delivered to the municipality.
We request the following from you, our member:
- Your current contact information, if it has changed since you renewed your membership, or joined for 2009
- A brief, 250-400 word description of the products and services your business offers
- Quarterly updates (you will be reminded via email) to your business information (if applicable) This information will be compiled into a spreadsheet and then distributed accordingly.
