New Ross Community Fair at New Ross - August 20th to August 21st

The New Ross Community Fair is more than just a fair but an annual icon for spirit and unity of New Ross and its surrounding communities. Sponsored by the New Ross Farmers' Association, this event will be held on August 20th to August 21st at the New Ross Fairgrounds off Highway 12. This fair features horse and ox pulls, homemade suppers, concession stands, Christmas Tree and Wreath competitions, handcrafted exhibits, 4-H displays, live local entertainment, bingo, games of chance, junior teamster ox pulls, light horse events, children's parade, numerous children's activities, chainsaw & arm wrestling competitions, lady's ox pull and much more. Prizes will be awarded to those with the best endurance, strength and skill.

Cost: Adults- $4.00, Children under 12- $1.00, Children under 5- free
